Man held in Georgia as police investigate suspected Jacksonville kidnapping

A sex offender and suspected kidnapper is in jail in Georgia after police there stopped a car he was driving that contained a missing Jacksonville woman and her three children.Rasheim Dolton, 44, was put into the Peach County, Ga. jail after being stopped Wednesday night on Georgia 49 near Interstate 75 exit 149, said Sgt.
