Proposed Brunswick ordinance change could nullify activist's lawsuit

BRUNSWICK - If city commissioners change Brunswick's disorderly conduct ordinance next week, they might sidestep a lawsuit filed by a community activist who wants a federal judge to stop police from enforcing the law.
